Trespass to Property Act
Belleville, ON – On the 23rd of April 2020 at 9:55 p.m. Police responded to a North Front Street business where a male was begging for money and causing problems for customers in a drive through. The 26-year-old Belleville male was arrested at the scene for causing a disturbance, due to his behaviour, and was trespassed from the business. He was transported to the Belleville Police Service where he was held until he was suitable to be released unconditionally.
Causing a Disturbance
Belleville, ON - On the 23rd of April 2020 at 2:45 p.m. Police responded to the area of College Street West regarding a disturbance. On arrival, Police conducted an investigation and found a female to be yelling, acting out, and throwing things around. The investigation led to the arrest of a 26-year-old Belleville female for causing a disturbance. The female was transported to the Belleville Police Service where she was held until he was suitable to be released unconditionally.
Motor Vehicle Collision
Belleville, ON – On the 23rd of April 2020 at 4:40 p.m. Police responded to the area of Bell Blvd regarding a single motor vehicle collision. Police conducted an investigation that revealed the driver of a tractor trailer suddenly slammed on his brakes causing his load to shift. As a result, there was significant damage to the tractor and trailer and there were no injuries sustained by the driver or passenger. The driver was charged with Insecure Load under the Highway Traffic Act and issued a Provincial Offences Notice.
