The Belleville Police responded to 50  calls for service between 5:00 a.m. on 16 April 2021 and 5:00 a.m. on 17 April 2021.

Arrest on Warrants

Belleville ON, On 16 April 2021, at 3:01 p.m. attended at an apartment complex on Bridge Street West regarding an intoxicated female in the hallway. Police attended and located the female. A further check indicated that the female, 43-year-old Melissa Meilleur of Belleville, was wanted on warrants for fail to attend court, theft under 5000 dollars, fail to comply with appearance notice x2, fail to appear for fingerprints, assault, and mischief. She was released on an undertaking with a court date of 3 June 2021.


Belleville ON, On 16 April 2021, at 4:00 p.m., police attended an address on Pine Street regarding a mischief. The homeowner reported that at 3:00 am on 16 April, he heard a noise coming from the front of the house. When he looked at the front window he discovered that it had been cracked after an egg was thrown at it. There are no suspects at this time. Anyone with information is asked to call the Belleville Police Service.
