Arrest on Warrant
Belleville ON- On the 26th of September 2020 an investigation began into a male who was breaching his release order conditions and as a result a warrant was sought for his arrest. On the 2nd of October 2020 at 9:00 a.m. Belleville Police officers on patrol located and arrested the male in a north end parking lot. 23-year-old Steven Seaborn was charged with failing to comply with his release order and held for a bail hearing.
