The Belleville Police responded to 56 calls for service between 5:00 a.m. on 23 Nov 2020 and 5:00 a.m. on 24 Nov 2020 .

Breach of Undertaking

Belleville ON, On 23 Nov 2020 at 10:30 p.m. police received a call from a female on Baldwin St. asking for police. Three  males had knocked her door, and when her boyfriend  answered, he was tasered. The males then fled. When officers checked the male that had been tasered, it was discovered that the male was on an officer in charge undertaking to not be with the female complainant. The 26 year old Trenton male was charged with one count of breach of Officer in Charge undertaking and held for a bail hearing on 24 Nov 2020. He suffered minor injuries.

Fail to Attend for Fingerprints

Belleville ON, On 24 Nov 2020 at 1:42 p.m. officers observed a female walking on North Front St. Officers recognized the female and did a check on her. It was discovered that there was an arrest warrant for the female for failing to attend for fingerprints. She was arrested and charged for that offence. Wendy Budgell a 36 year old Belleville resident was released with a court date of 17 Dec 2020.
