DISTURBANCE LEADSTO MISCHIEF CHARGE
Belleville, ON - On Tuesday, February 21st, 2023 at 7:51 pm, Belleville Police responded to a disturbance on Sidney Street involving two males. Officers arrived on the scene and discovered both males to be very intoxicated. Several neighbours witnessed one of the males kick an apartment door open and initiate a confrontation with the second male inside. As a result of the investigation, Justice BUXTON, 25 years old, of Shannonville was arrested and charged with mischief and for causing a disturbance. He was transported to Belleville Police Service and held until he was sober and released with a court date of March 30th, 2023.
