Shooting
On the 29th of September, 2022, Belleville Police, at 1:39 pm, received an ambulance assist call on Pine Street Belleville, Ontario. The ambulance assist was in regards to a male being shot. Police arrived on the scene, and descriptions were provided of the suspects. Due to the nature of the call, local schools were placed in hold and secure as a precautionary measure. After determining that the safety risk to the public had been alleviated, the secure and hold was lifted. Investigation into the incident has led to the arrest of three individuals. The Belleville Police will update the incident as more details become available.
