Arrested on warrant

On 14 September, 2022, at 11:00 am, police observed a male at Bridge Street West and Sidney Street known to them to be wanted on outstanding warrants for breach of probation. Police attempted to speak with the male; however, he fled on a bicycle. After a short chase, the male was arrested on Sidney Street. Adam Reid, 39, of Belleville was arrested. He was later released on charges of breach of probation and obstruct police. He will appear in court on 13 October 2022.

On 15 September, 2022, at 4:10 am, police observed a female known to them to be wanted on an outstanding warrant in the area of Front Street and Bridge Street. Police arrested 30-year-old Jaquelin BLOOR of Belleville on the strength of the outstanding warrant for breach of probation. She was transported to the Belleville Police Service where she was released on an undertaking with a 13 October 2022 court date.
