ATM THEFTS

On 2 February, 2023 police received three separate reports of two suspects breaking into businesses and stealing the ATM. At 1:27am the first call was received to the Fresh Co. store on North Front street. The suspects were observed in what was believed to be a dark Ford F-250. Suspects entered the store and attempted to steal the ATM. At 2:00am, police received a call that the suspects stole another ATM from the Quinte Mall causing significant damage to the building. At 3:00am, police were advised that the suspects entered the bus terminal on Pinnacle Street, and they stole the ATM. The investigation is ongoing, and anyone with information or anyone who may have video in the three incident locations is asked to contact the Belleville Police Service.

UPDATE:

Belleville Police are looking to identify two suspects and a vehicle regarding the three break ins and thefts in the early morning hours of 2 February. The vehicle is believed to be a Ford F-250 with an Alberta license plate. The truck also has after-market black rims and tires. The two suspects (pictured) were the only persons believed to be involved. Anyone with information is asked to contact Detective Rachel Terpstra at rterpstra@bellevilleps.ca.
