The Belleville Police Service closed Point Anne Road from Doxtator Drive to Manley Drive due to a police investigation at a residence.  Numerous police units were on-scene for approximately three hours.  Police report that there were no injuries to anyone involved.  A 37-year-old Belleville man was taken into custody and transported to the Belleville Police Station.  The investigation is still continuing; however, Point Anne Road has been re-opened and there is no danger to the public.
