Breach of Release conditions

On the 26th of September 2022 at 10:38 pm, Belleville Police attended an address on Pine Street Belleville, Ontario, in regards to a suspicious male going through backyards. The male was observed going into a residence in which he was on release conditions not to be. As a result, a 30-year-old male Belleville, Ontario resident was arrested for:

  1. Breach of a release condition
  2. Fail to comply with a probation order

The male was held for a show cause hearing on the 27th of September 2022.

Arrest on warrant

On the 26th of September 2022 at 10:16 pm, Belleville Police, while on patrol, stopped to speak to a female that they recognized as possibly having an arrest warrant. A records check confirmed that 38-year-old Nicole Beaudrie of Belleville, Ontario had an outstanding warrant for failing to appear for fingerprints. As a result, Beaudrie was arrested for the warrant and held for a show cause hearing on the 27th of September 2022.
