Public Intoxication

On the 12th of May 2022 at 11:54 pm, Belleville Police received a report of a female laying on the road and staggering in traffic on North Front Street in Belleville, Ontario. Police located a twenty-five-year-old Belleville, Ontario resident and arrested her for public intoxication for her safety. She was later released on a provincial offence notice.

Possession of Stolen Property

On 13th May 2022 at 1:39 am a witness observed a male pulling a utility trailer, by hand, on Sidney Street near Millennium Parkway Belleville, Ontario. Police arrived on the scene and located the male. Further investigation revealed that the trailer was stolen from a nearby business. As a result, a thirty-one-year-old Belleville, Ontario resident Robert Palin was arrested and charged with possession of stolen property under five thousand, and breach of probation. He was later released with a court date of the 2nd of June 2022.
